YCM Law & Title is a full-service attorney owned and operated law firm and title insurance provider. Our group of attorneys and real estate professionals can handle a wide variety of real estate matters, including residential and commercial transactions, closings and escrow services, and issuing title insurance policies. As a full-service law firm, we also offer guidance on real estate litigation, HOA and condominium disputes, landlord/tenant law, foreclosure matters, and business law.
Kaivon Yasinian is an experienced and trusted real estate attorney, having represented some of the largest international financial institutions in complex real estate matters. Kaivon is originally from Canada, specifically the Toronto metropolitan area, and now resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Kaivon’s interests have always aligned with real estate law, and his deep and avid passion for the real estate industry is evident in his tough negotiating style and his aggressive approach on litigation.
Kaivon is a graduate of McMaster University, located in Hamilton, Ontario and Stetson University College of Law where he received the William F. Blews pro bono service award for his dedication to public service. Kaivon is admitted to the Southern, Middle and Northern district of Florida, and also admitted as an appellate attorney in Florida’s third district of appeal. Kaivon will always ensure his clients’ interests are protected, whether in the home buying process or in any complication that may arise in a variety of real estate matters.
Michael is an experienced transactional attorney who has served as in-house counsel to emerging companies in the technology sector. He has handled a wide variety of complex commercial transactions, resolved numerous contract disputes, and has counseled startup entrepreneurs. Michael is originally from Stuart, Florida and has a deep connection with the communities on the east coast of Florida, but now resides in the Naples area.
Michael has always enjoyed working with contracts and loves helping people find solutions to their problems. He earned his degree in psychology, cum laude, from Florida State University and graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2013 where he studied business and corporate law. Michael was admitted to the Florida bar in 2013 and is licensed to practice in the Southern District of Florida. He is also a member of the real property, probate, trust law section and business law section of the Florida Bar.
